BNI Multifinance prepares Rp 25 billion to comply with PSAK 71

18 March 2020 11:12

JAKARTA. PT BNI Multifinance, a subsidiary of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), has prepared Rp 25 billion to comply with PSAK 71.

Hasan Gazali, President Director of BNI Multifinance, said that the amount of the prepared funds is still not final. The reason, said Gazali, the company is still being audited by the public accounting office regarding the implementation of PSAK 71.

Gazali added that his party was not affected by the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19). "Because the sector most affected by this virus, of course, is tourism and its derivatives," Gazali said as reported by Kontan on Tuesday (17/3) yesterday.

BNI Multifinance has not planned a special plan to anticipate the impact of Covid-19 so far. But the company will try to maintain its non-performing financing (NPF) ratio below 1.1% until the end of 2020. (KR/AR)
