JAKARTA - Malindo Air, Lion Air, Batik Air and Wings Air members of Lion Air Group conveyed an official information regarding international flight services from and to Malaysia, including from Indonesia, that the airline stop or suspend services starting today (18/3) until March 31, 2020.
This step is to support the control of the national movement declared by the Malaysian government, where Malaysians are prohibited from leaving the country and restrictions imposed on the entry of all foreign tourists and visitors to Malaysia.
Lion Air Group facilitates all prospective passengers who have purchased tickets (issued ticket) with a refund according to applicable conditions and will be given the option to move the date of travel (rescheduling) depending on the availability of seats.
During this period, Lion Air Group will continue to provide connectivity by operating domestic flights in Malaysia by Malindo Air between Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu; Kuala Lumpur and Kuching; Kuala Lumpur and Penang; and Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi. (LM)
