JAKARTA. The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) has chosen to provide online services, to anticipate the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19).
Agung Pribadi, Head of the Communications Bureau of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, said public services for the ESDM sector remained open as usual. But services are diverted through online channels.
"We are not providing face-to-face services at this moment. We have set up an online system as a replacement until the end of March, monitor at www.esdm.go.id, "said Pribadi through official information.
For this reason, permits and consultations related to the mining sector to electric power will not be provided through face-to-face services. While sending and receiving files related to permits and other information will be done via express delivery services. (KR/AR)
