JAKARTA. PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE), a subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), is expected to benefit from the government's policy to strengthen capital expenditure.
Joshua Michael, an analyst for Mirae Asset Sekuritas, said that at present, WEGE is in a better position than other State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) contractors. "In addition, compared to private building contractors, WEGE recorded above-average performance for the last five years," Michael said.
So far, Mirae Asset Sekuritas projects WEGE's revenue to grow by 33.1% year on year (YoY). While net profit is estimated to rise by 24.6% YoY. (KR/AR)
