JAKARTA - PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) obtained a maximum loan facility of US$ 269.62 million and Rp 55 billion, divided into 10 types of loans from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP). This loan facility from NISP will be guaranteed by company guarantees, fiduciary for goods, and pawn on the company's shares.
From the disclosure of company information quoted on Tuesday (3/24), Lucas Kurniawan, Director of PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) said the agreement on the loan facility agreement was signed yesterday (20/3). The agreement was signed by the company and its five subsidiaries, namely PT Austindo NUsantara Jaya Agri (ANJA), PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Agris Siais (ANJAS), PT Sahabat Mewah dan Makmur (SMM), PT Putera Manunggal Perkasa (PMP), and Permata Putera Mandiri (PPM).
The types of facilities include term loan (FTL) 1 to ANJAS with a maximum of US $ 38 million, FTL 2 to SMM with a maximum of US$ 27 million, FTL 3 to SIAS with a maximum of US$ 22 million, FTL 4 to PPM and PMP with a maximum of US$ 85 million, FTL 5 to ANJT, PPM, and PMP maximum of US$ 52 million. Current account credit facilities (KRK) to ANJT, ANJA, PPM and PMP maximum US$ 5 million, demand loan facility (DL) 1 to all debtors a maximum of US$ 8.62 million, DL 2 facility a maximum of Rp 55 billion, currency transaction facilities foreign (FX) a maximum of US$ 20 million, and a combined trade facility a maximum of US$ 12 million.
