JAKARTA - Gojek and Halodoc have launched a free online medical consultation feature called Check Covid-19, aimed at Indonesians with coronavirus (Covid-19) symptoms, on Monday (23/3).
As reported by DealStreet Asia, Check Covid-19 allows users to self-assess by answering a list of questions related to Covid-19, including their travel histories. The feature will then direct suspects to an online chat with a doctor for further assessment.
In addition, Halodoc also provides telemedicine services for users categorised as low-risk, which include materials on preventative measures.
Gojek is an investor in Halodoc, having led the latter’s Series A funding round in 2016 and upped its investment last year. (MS)
