JAKARTA - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara TBK (DIVA) increased its stake in PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS) from 5.73% to 5.83% by purchasing 1,761,500 shares last week.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Monday (3/23), Raymond Loho, President Director of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) said the transaction was made as an investment. The price used in the transaction ranged from Rp 134 per share - Rp 158 per share.
Other shareholders in TFAS including PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (MCAS) (43.94%) and PT Telefast Investama Indonesia (25.38%) (LK/AR)
