JAKARTA - The Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (KADI) has started an investigation on imported lysine from China, said KADI Chairman Bachrul Chairi.
“KADI has informed concerned parties including local industries, exporters, producers, and importers about the investigation,” said Mr Chairi in an official statement on the Ministry of Trade’s website, Tuesday (24/3).
According to KADI’s records, from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 Indonesia imported 37,488 MT of lysine, 99% of which came from China. KADI’s analysis has shown that China committed dumping on lysine import, which caused material losses foro Indonesia. (MS)
