JAKARTA - As a preventive and anticipatory measure to prevent the spread of the impact of coronavirus outbreaks (COVID-19), Lion Air Group implements safe distance arrangements between guests or passengers (physical distancing) in flight operations.
The distance arrangement system for all passengers is implemented by setting the seat number during check-in, both passengers who carry out check-in at the check-in counter, web check-in or self-check-in facilities available at the airport.
In addition, the distance arrangement between passengers also applies in the waiting room and during the boarding process, both using garbarata and regular stairs. This arrangement also applies to passengers who are in the bus (neoplane) when heading to the plane and get off the plane.
As another precautionary measure, Lion Air Group also carries out disinfectant spray in accordance with applicable procedures, using hand gloves, checking body temperature, as well as using masks and hand sanitizers. These are preventive measures while protecting the flight crew and ground service personnel. (LM)
