JAKARTA - PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) spent Rp 35.74 billion to purchase 510,638,297 of PT Industri and Commerce Bintarco Dharma Tbk's (CARS) shares. After the purchase, TRIM's stake in CARS rose from 10.09% to 13.05%.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Thursday (26/3), Syafriandi A. Saleh, Director of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) said the transaction was carried out on 16 March 2020 at a price of Rp 70 per share. (LK/AR)
