JAKARTA. At least five Indonesian state-owned companies will purchase one of Jiwasraya's assets, Cilandak Town Square (Citos) Mall, for Rp.2.2 trillion.

Deputy Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Kartika Wirjoatmodjo said that those companies were PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Hutama Karya (Persero), and PT PP (Persero) Tbk.

"That (Citos Mall) will be purchased by SOEs. Because it is very prospective to be developed into a multi-use complex, and transit-oriented development, because it is near the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit), "Tiko explained as quoted by Kontan.co.id last week.

She explained that through the sale of Citos Mall, Jiwasraya will receive Rp 2.2 trillion, Rp 1.4 trillion of which has been paid in advance. (AM/AR)
