JAKARTA. PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) has injected Rp.41.5 billion of capital into PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia through the purchase of 41,150 shares.
Meiliana, Corporate Secretary of BBNI, said that the corporate action has been included in the company's work plan this year. "All the budgets related to the capital injection have been allocated in the company's 2020 RBB (Bank Business Plan)," Meiliana said through information disclosure.
Previously, BBNI had 32,697 of Mizuho shares. After the purchase, BBNI now has 73,874 Mizuho shares or 1% of the company's total shares.
Meanwhile, 99% of Bank Mizuho's shares are still controlled by Mizuho Bank Ltd. (KR/AR)
