JAKARTA. PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk. (WEGE) will distribute 25% of its net profit in FY2019 as dividends to its shareholders.
It was decided and approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Tuesday (31/3). The total amount of dividends to be distributed is Rp 112.91 billion or Rp 11.8 per share. The company itself recorded a net profit of Rp 456.37 billion in FY2019.
Director of WEGE Nariman Prasetyo said that with this performance, the company's net profit margin (NPM) was recorded at 9.99 percent, while its Return on Equity (ROE) was recorded at 18%. "The financial conditions reflect the healthy and growing fundamentals of WEGE," he was quoted as saying in a press release on Wednesday (1/4). (AM/AR)
