JAKARTA. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk (IRRA) agreed to distribute 28.91% of the company's net profit in 2019 to be distributed to shareholders as cash dividends, with a value of Rp 6 per share or Rp 9.6 billion in total.
For information, the company recorded Rp 33.20 billion in net profit in 2019. The remaining Rp 23.60 billion will be kept as retained earnings, Independent Director Pratoto Satno Raharjo told idnfinancials.com.
The meeting, which was attended by shareholders representing 1,200,519,800 shares, also agreed to made changes in the Board of Directors of the company, by dismissing President Director Teten Wawan Setiawan and Director Heru Firdausi Syarif, then exchange their positions, while also added a new member of the board of directors, Hendry Herman.
Thus, the composition of the IRRA Directors became as follows: Heru Firdausi Syarif (President Director), Teten Wawan Setiawan (Director), Hendry Herman (Director), and Independent Director Pratoto Satno Raharjo. (AM/AR)
