JAKARTA. PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi (MMI), a subsidiary of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), noted that the acquisition of funds from 26 protected mutual fund products has reached Rp 1.4 trillion by the end of March 2020.
Alvin Pattisahusiwa, President Director of MMI, said the acquisition of funds was supported by state and corporate bonds, which became the underlying assets of MMI's mutual funds.
Meanwhile, in terms of sales, Pattisahusiwa assessed that protected mutual funds were more attractive to investors. Especially at this time, when the value of yields from bank deposit and stock market interest rates is sluggish.
