JAKARTA - PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk (DIVA) increased its stake in PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk (TFAS) from 5.83% to 14.63%, by purchasing 146,554,300 of TFAS shares on 30-31 March 2020.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Friday (3/4), Raymond Loho, Director of DIVA said the transaction was intended as an investment. The purchase price was in the range of Rp 128 - Rp 196 per share. After the transaction, DIVA now owns 243,837,900 of TFAS' shares.
Previously, on 12-13 March 2020, DIVA purchased 1,761,500 TFAS' shares to increase its stake in TFAS from 5.73% to 5.83%, at a price of Rp 134-Rp 158 per share. (LK/AR)
