JAKARTA - During PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), its shareholders agreed to distribute 10% of the company's net profit in 2019 as dividends.
President Director of CIMB Niaga Finance, Ristiawan Suherman, stated in a press release on Monday (6/4) that the cash dividend will be paid in April 2020. The remaining 90% will be recorded as retained earnings to finance the company's business activities.
According to its financial report, CIMB Niaga Finance recorded an audited net profit of Rp 219 billion in 2019, 26.5% higher than its record in 2018.
Ristiawan said the company has ended the year 2019 on a positive note, amid challenging economic conditions. Furthermore, the company plans to provide financing services and products that prioritize digitalization and customer experience. (ARM/AR)
