JAKARTA - PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SMDR) posted a US$38.36 million loss in 2019, after having recorded a US$7.30 million profit in the previous year.
According to the shipping company's financial report published on Tuesday (7/4), its services revenue amounted to US$438.87 million, down 9.03% year on year (yoy) from US$482.45 million.
In addition, the company's services expenses also slipped 9.40% yoy to US$379.26 million from US4482.45 million in 20018, resulting in a gross profit drop of 6.58% yoy from US$63.80 million in 2018 to US$59.60 million. (ARM/MS)
