Halodoc announces partnership with Telkomsel

JAKARTA - Collaborating with Telkomsel, telemedicine services on the Halodoc application can now be accessed without quotas by Telkomsel customers during COVID-19 countermeasures. Through this collaboration, Halodoc and Telkomsel jointly supported the government's call for physical distancing by providing access to information needs and health services remotely through Halodoc.

Halodoc VP Marketing, Felicia Kawilarang said, "In the midst of current conditions, we believe, collaboration that aims to facilitate the community in meeting their daily needs, especially access to information and health services, is one of the key factors in tackling COVID-19. Therefore, we continue to optimize the technology ecosystem and engage more parties to expand health services from upstream to downstream for the community. Together with Telkomsel, we combine the expertise of both parties in providing access to health services and supporting infrastructure for access to information to encourage the public to actively search for health information during #DiRumahAja."

Regarding the telemedicine service, Halodoc users can also do an early risk check for COVID-19 through the link at https://www.halodoc.com/ ask- answer-seputar-virus-corona/. This feature has also been available and can be accessed by Telkomsel customers in My Telkomsel application. Every Telkomsel prepaid and postpaid number user can immediately enjoy 500MB of quota for free to access the Halodoc application during COVID-19 countermeasures. (LM)
