JAKARTA - PT Mayora Indah Tbk (MYOR) recorded a satisfactory performance in 2019 by recording a net profit of Rp 1.98 trillion, 15.8% higher than the record in 2018 of Rp.1.71 trillion.
The company's financial report shows that the profit growth was mainly caused by the fact that the company managed to record Rp 25.02 trillion in net sales, higher than the record in 2018 of Rp. 24.06 trillion.
The sales came from export (Rp 13.55 trillion) and domestic market (Rp 11.47 trillion). Also, the company managed to reduce its cost of goods sold (by 13.17% to Rp 17.10 trillion), interest expenses (by 27.9% to Rp 355.07 billion) and general and administrative expenses (to Rp 716.98 billion).
