TaniHub obtains US$ 17 million from Series A funding

JAKARTA. TaniHub, an agritech startup from Indonesia, has obtained US$ 17 million from Series A funding extensions led by Openspace Ventures and Intudo Ventures in early April.

There are a number of foreign and domestic venture capital that joined the funding, including UOB Venture Management, Vertex Ventures, Tenaya Capital, Golden Gate Ventures, and BRI Ventures.

Ivan Arie Sustiawan, CEO and Co-Founder of TaniHub, said the funding will be used to strengthen Business-to-business (B2B) cooperation and partnerships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). "We want higher business growth this year, and we aim to reach all cities (in Indonesia) in 2022," said Sustiawan, as reported by KrASIA.

Since its establishment in 2016, TaniHub has received funding three times. To date, Tanihub's equity is estimated at US$ 20 million. (KR/AR)
