JAKARTA. PT First Indo American Leasing Tbk (FINN) will hold a rights issue by releasing a maximum of 2.3 billion shares with a nominal value of Rp 100. The proceeds from the rights issue will be used for working capital.
In the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday (8/4), FINN management said the corporate action will be carried out after the company obtained approval from its shareholders in the GMS which will take place on 15 May 2020.
