JAKARTA. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (TLKM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FastForward.ai to develop its digital platform.
According to an official statement received by IDNFinancials.com, the partnership aims to help Telkom acquire customers through digital channels, especially considering the increasing need for digital transactions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Our SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform for social media can boost engagement, sales and purchase transactions, and micropayments, especially to support Telkom Indonesia in serving consumer, corporate, and government clients," said FastForward.ai CEO and co-founder Augie K. Fabela II.
Based in the US, FastForward.ai has received US$8 million worth of funding from investors led by General Catalyst and Ulu Ventures since its establishment. (KR/MS)
