PNM targets to obtain Rp 200 billion from the third phase of its bonds issuance

JAKARTA. PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) will issue and offer bonds with a total value of Rp 250 billion, which will be used as its working capital to distribute financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

According to information released by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), the bonds are offered in 2 series, Series A (Rp 55.1 billion with a fixed interest rate of 8.40% per year and a tenor of 3 years) and Series B (Rp 194.9 billion with a fixed interest rate of 9% per year and a tenor of 5 years).

This is the third phase of the issuance of PNM's Shelf Registration Bonds III/2020. Previously, PNM had done the first phase in May 2019 and obtained Rp 2 trillion in funds. The second phase was done in November 2019, and the company obtained Rp 1.35 trillion.

PNM appointed PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas as the guarantor, while PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) was appointed as trustee. (KR/AR)
