JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) recorded net profit growth of 3.15% in 2019 to Rp 230.42 billion, from Rp 223.39 billion recorded in 2018.
According to the company's annual financial report, this was mainly caused by the company's revenue which grew by 6.25% in 2019, from Rp 1.28 trillion to Rp 1.36 trillion.
Most of PJAA's revenue in 2019 came from ticket business (Rp 976.28 billion), followed by hotel and restaurant business (Rp 102.62 billion), real estate business (Rp 10.31 billion), and other business lines (Rp 271.24 billion).
For information, PJAA is a company whose majority shares are owned by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. As o the end of 2019, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has 72% of the company's shares. followed by PT Pembangunan Jaya (18.01%) and the public (each below 5%) (9.99%). (KR/AR)
