JAKARTA - During the period of Large Scale Social Distancing (PSBB), PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) temporarily suspended the operation of one of the company's hotels, Gran Melia Jakarta.
"Melia Jakarta is temporarily closed until mid-May," said Erlin Budiman, Surya Semesta Internusa Investor Relations quoted from Bisnis.
For information, Gran Melia Jakarta is one of the SSIA hospitality business portfolios which accounts for 20% of the company's total revenue of around Rp 811.4 billion.
During 2019, the Gran Melia Jakarta occupancy rate reached 44.8% with an average room rate of US $ 88.5, down compared to the previous year of US$ 94.2. (LM)
