JAKARTA. PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (ROTI) obtained Rp 1 trillion loan facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA).
In the information disclosure of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the owner of the Sari Roti brand obtained two types of credit facilities, revolving time loan and installment loan, each with a total value of Rp 500 billion.
"This credit facility will have a positive impact on the company's operational activities," said the company's management through a written statement on Wednesday (15/4).
Both loan facilities have an interest rate of 8.5% per year with a maturity date of 11 December 2020, The loan facilities will be used as working capital. (AM/AR)
