JAKARTA - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) recorded a positive performance throughout 2019. ANTM managed to record sales of Rp 32.72 trillion, supported by growth in production and sales of the company's main commodities.
During 2019, ANTM's ferronickel production volume reached 25,713 tons of nickel in ferronickel (TNi), up 3% compared to the previous year. Sales contribution from ferronickel reached 15% or Rp 4.87 trillion of total net sales in 2019.
For gold commodities, ANTM recorded sales volume of up to 34,016 kg or grew 22% YoY. ANTM's revenue from gold sales reached Rp 22.46 trillion or 69% of total sales in 2019.
While nickel ore sales reached 7.6 million wet metric tons (wmt). The sale is equivalent to Rp 3.70 trillion or 11% of total sales in 2019.
Antam recorded a gross profit of Rp 4.45 trillion and an operating profit of Rp 955 billion. After deducting other expenses, Antam recorded a net profit of Rp 194 billion with an EBITDA at Rp 2.3 trillion. (LM)
