JAKARTA - To anticipate the ongoing spread of COVID-19, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) closed more of its branch offices after previously closing 30% of the company's branch offices in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek).
This was stated by Executive Vice President of Secretariat and Corporate Communication Division of BCA, Hera F. Haryn, through a press release today (17/4) to support the government to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
"The company supports government and banking regulators policies in order to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia," he said. He added that the operational adjustment of the branch offices took effect from 20 April to 30 April 2020 and the Weekend Banking service was temporarily closed until 10 May 2020. (ARM/AR)
