JAKARTA. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will distribute a cash dividend of Rp 924.4 billion (Rp 94.02 per share).
The decision has been approved by the company's AGM. The dividend value is 60% of the company's 2019 net profit of Rp 1.54 trillion.
The remaining 2019 net profit of Rp 616.81 billion will be used as impairment loss allowance in accordance with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 71.
Bank BJB's cum dividend will be paid on April 24, 2020 in regular and negotiation markets and on April 28 in the cash market. The cash dividend will be paid on May 20. (KR/MS)
