JAKARTA. PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (JASS) will distribute Rp306.92 billion of dividends, 89.92% of its net profit in FY2019. The figure includes the five interim dividends distributed in 2019.
According to its disclosure, JASS management explained that the company has distributed interim dividends 5 times in 2019. The first one was distributed in April (Rp.33.53 billion), then in June (Rp.49 billion), in August (Rp.42.81 billion), October (Rp.61.38 billion), and December (Rp.57.26 billion).
For the next distribution, Rp 62.93 billion (Rp 122 per share) worth of dividends will be distributed. The distribution of cash dividends has been approved by the company's annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS).
JASS management also explained that the remaining net profit of Rp34.38 billion will be kept as retained earnings. (KR/AR)
