JAKARTA. PT Emdeki Utama Tbk (MDKI) will distribute dividends of Rp 22.77 billion, taken from its net profit in 2019 of Rp 32.46 billion.
"Around 70.16% of the net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity," wrote the Board of Directors of Emdeki Utama in the disclosure of information published on Thursday (23/4). The remaining net profit will be kept as retained earnings.
Each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp 9 per share. The dividends will be paid on 20 May 2020.
Cum dividends on the regular market and negotiations market are set on 29 April 2020, while the cum dividend on the cash market is set on 4 May 2020.
The company, which produces calcium carbide and ferroalloy, recorded sales of Rp 349.58 billion in 2019. (AM/AR)
