Summarecon Agung has only realized 19% of its marketing sales target in Q1 2020

JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. only managed to realize 19% of its marketing sales target of Rp 4.5 trillion in the first quarter of 2020.

Corporate Secretary of Summarecon Agung, Jemmy Kusnadi revealed the realization of marketing sales in Q1 2020 reached Rp 855 billion, 22.27% lower than the realization in Q1 2019 of Rp 1.1 trillion.

Summarecon Serpong contributed 41% of the marketing-sales realization (Rp 351 billion), followed by Sumarecon Bekasi (Rp 236 billion or 28%), and the rest came from Bandung, Kelapa Gading, Makassar, and Karawang.

Jemmy said that the coronavirus pandemic will affect the company until the end of the first semester. "Achievements up to the end of the first semester will also be lower than last year because, for the time being, we have not carried out product launching," he said as quoted by kontan.co.id on Tuesday (28/4).
