PP Properti targets to record revenue of Rp 3 trillion

JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) has postponed its plan to use its capital expenditure budget. Despite this, the company targets to record marketing sales of Rp 2.5 trillion, revenue of Rp 3 trillion, and comprehensive profit of around Rp 500 billion.

Managing Director of PP Properti Taufik Hidayat stated in a press release (5/5) that the company will focus on the handover of apartment units and development of its lands. In addition, PPRO will also try to reduce its operating costs using several ways, including limiting operational hours in a number of its hotels and shopping malls. 

A number of apartments that will be handed over this year including Grand Sungkono Lagoon Tower Caspian and Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon in Surabaya, Begawan Apartments in Malang, Amartha View and The-Alton in Semarang, Evenciio Depok, and The Ayoma Apartemen BSD.

Taufik further explained that if the pandemic ends in June 2020, PPRO plans to launch several projects, including new apartments around Petra University of Surabaya, around UGM Yogyakarta and landed houses in Cibubur. (ARM/AR)
