JAKARTA. PT Waskita Toll Road, a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT), announced that it gave out loan facility to its subsidiary, PT Waskita Bumi Wira, which will be used to fund Waskita Bumi Wira's operations.
Shastia Hadiarti, Corporate Secretary of WSKT, explained that Waskita Toll Road and Waskita Bumi Wira agreed that the loan facility has an interest rate of 11% per year, with a tenor until 7 May 2021. Hadiarti also said the transaction was an affiliate transaction because Waskita Toll Road owned 99% of Waskita Bumi Wira's shares.
In the disclosure of information, Hadiarti explained the transaction was not considered as material transactions since the loan facility value did not reach 20% of Waskita Bumi Wira's total equity. (KR/AR)
