JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 911.12 billion (Rp 17.86 per share), after distributing interim dividends of Rp 306.09 billion in December 2019.
TOWR's management explained that the total dividend distributed by the company for FY2019 was Rp 1.22 trillion or equivalent to Rp 23.86 per share.
The Rp 911.12 billion dividends will be paid on the 27 May. Cum dividends are set for 14 May in the regular and negotiated markets. Meanwhile, the cum dividend on the cash market is set on 18 May.
The cash dividend distribution was approved by the TOWR General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on 5 May 2020 yesterday. For information, TOWR recorded Rp 6.45 trillion of revenue in 2019, with a net profit of Rp 2.34 trillion. (KR/AR)
