KPPU believes that more partners needed in the Pre-Employment Card program

JAKARTA - The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) considers that a new regulation that allows training institutions to become partners of the Pre-Employment Card program in prakerja.go.id. This became one of the points conveyed by KPPU Spokesperson Guntur Saragih in a press release on Tuesday (12/5).

According to Saragih, the regulation will enable more training institutions to become partners of the Pre-Employment Card and provide more choice for the participants. The current partners of the program are Ruangguru, Tokopedia, Sekolahmu, MauBelajarApa, Pintaria, Pijar, dan Bukalapak.

It is also needed to prevent the practice of discrimination, tying/bundling training products with unrelated products, and prevent misuse of participants' data. (LK/AR)
