JAKARTA - PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 897 billion, taken from its net profit in FY2019 which reached Rp 2.41 trillion.
As quoted from the company's information disclosure on Tuesday (12/5), Maya Marcella, Corporate Secretary of PT Protelindo said the distribution of dividends will not have a material impact on the company's operations and financial condition. "The amount of cash dividends [to be distributed] has been approved by the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM)," she said.
In 2019, the company generated Rp 6.45 trillion of revenue, Rp 4.64 trillion of gross profit, and Rp 3.99 trillion of operating profit. (LK/AR)
