ROTI has repurchased 5.10% of its shares

JAKARTA. PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. (ROTI) has repurchased 5.10% of its shares. The data was revealed in the report submitted by the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI).

The buyback caused ROTI's treasury shares to reach 315,356,300 shares or 5.10% of the company's issued and paid-up shares.

Last month, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk had repurchased 6,095,200 of its shares, in line with the three-month implementation schedule, starting from 12 March 2020 to 11 June 2020.

Indrayana, Director of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, previously revealed the maximum budget for the buyback is Rp 14 billion with a maximum number of shares of 700 million shares and a maximum purchase price of Rp1,500 per share. (AM/AR)
