Perumnas has paid off its MTN I

JAKARTA. Perum Perumnas has paid off its medium-term notes (MTN) I issued in 2017 with a total value of Rp200 billion, which will mature on 28 April 2020, amid the planned financial and operational restructuring.

Managing Director of Perum Perumnas Budi Saddewa Soediro said in a written statement that his party had paid the debt in accordance with the applicable provisions and protocols, within the given deadline.

Director of Finance of Perum Perumnas Muhammad Hanugroho added that debt repayment is also a commitment to apply the company's prudential principles.

"We are also working on a comprehensive financial and operational restructuring plan as part of our commitment to investors, banks, and other stakeholders," Hanugroho explained.

At present, Perumnas has 81 active projects throughout Indonesia with an average development rate of around 15,000 units per year. (AM/AR)
