JAKARTA. PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) will reduce its marketing sales target for this year.

Although the new target has not been decided, the coronavirus pandemic has affected all lines of the company's property business, such as postponement of installment payments from buyers to reduced rental income from malls, offices, and hotels.

Director of Pakuwon Jati Ivy Wong said the condition would affect the company's operational activities and financial performance.

Under these conditions, Ivy said that at present her party could only improve efficiency. "PWON must continue to run, but we have to tighten our belts," she said as quoted from Kontan.co.id Wednesday (13/5).

In 2019, PWON recorded 1.69% revenue growth with marketing sales realization of Rp 1.5 trillion.
