JSKY will hold rights issue

JAKARTA. PT Sky Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY), a solar energy company, plans to hold a rights issue to get Rp 84.97 billion of additional capital.

JSKY's management explained that the number of new shares that will be offered to shareholders is 1.7 billion shares, with an offering price of Rp 50 and a nominal value of Rp 50 per share. Each holder of 1,196 old shares is entitled to order 1,000 new shares.

In addition, JSKY's management will also issue 711.36 million new warrants, with an exercise price of Rp 90. Each holder of 2,389 old warrants is entitled to order 1,000 new warrants. The company expects to obtain Rp 64.02 billion from the new warrants.

The rights issue plan has been decided in the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on 25 July 2019. The company will receive the effective statement from OJK on 26 June 2020. (KR/AR)
