JAKARTA - PT Sumber Alfaria Sejahtera Tbk's (AMRT) AGM has decided to pay a cash dividend amounting to Rp 555.59 billion, or Rp 13.38 per share, from its 2019 net profit of Rp 1.11 trillion. The dividend will be paid to entitled shareholders on June 12, 2020.
According to a stock exchange filing published on Monday (18/5), the company's cum dividend and ex-dividend in regular and negotiation markets will be paid on May 27 and 28, while cum dividend and ex-dividend in the cash market will be paid on May 29 and June 2 respectively.
In addition, the AGM also decided to allocate Rp 1 billion from the company's' net profit as cash reserves, while the remaining Rp 555.91 billion will be used as investment, working capital, and retained earnings. (LK/MS)
