JAKARTA - In the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (MIDI) held last week (14/5), it was decided that the company will distribute cash dividends of Rp 61.01 billion, taken from its net profit from FY2019.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Monday (5/18), the value of cash dividends to be distributed is Rp 21.2 per share. The record date is set on 29 May 2020, while the dividends will be paid on 17 June 2020. The cum date is set on 27 May 2020.
In addition, the AGM also decided to allocate Rp 1 billion as reserve fund, and the remaining Rp 140.95 billion would be used for investment, working capital, and retained earnings. (LK/AR)
