JAKARTA - PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk (CMPP) will resume its services on 1 June 2020.

As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (19/5), Indah Permatasari Saugi, Corporate Secretary of PT Air Asia Indonesia Tbk (CMPP) said that regular flight services will be resumed gradually starting from 1 June 2020 for certain international and domestic routes.

Passengers affected by this change in operational schedules, said Saugi, have been informed of flight cancellations along with compensation options via email and text message (SMS).

Previously, Air Asia had stopped its services from 21 April 2020 to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and to comply with the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) protocol. "This condition has a significant impact on the company's finances, especially cash flow," said Saugi. (LK/AR)
