JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) of PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) which took place on Monday (18/5) decided to distribute cash dividends of Rp 215.73 billion taken from its net profit in FY2019 (Rp 713 billion).
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (19/5), the value of cash dividends to be distributed is Rp 20 per share. Dividends will be paid on 17 June 2020.
Ex-date on the regular and negotiated market is set on 2 June 2020, while for the cash market, it is set on 4 June 2020. (LK/AR)
