JAKARTA. PT Energi Mitra Investama, a renewable energy company, issued its Medium Term Notes (MTN) I/2020 (Rp 350 billion) and MTN II/2020 (US$ 15 million/ Rp 220 billion).
For rupiah-denominated MTNs, they will be sold in Rp 500 million units, while the MTN denominated in US dollars will be sold in US$ 100,000 units.
According to Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) data, the two MTNs were issued with a 4-year tenor. The MTN I/2020 are issued with a fixed interest rate of 10% per year, while MTN II/2020 has a fixed interest rate of 6% per year.
Energi Mitra Investama appointed PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia as an arranger in the issuance of the two MTNs. (KR/AR)
