JAKARTA. PT Superkrane Mitra Utama Tbk (SKRN), a company that rents cranes and other heavy equipment, will distribute cash dividends of Rp 90 billion after obtaining approval from its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).
The cash dividend will be distributed to holders of 1.5 billion shares of the company, means that the value of dividends per share is Rp 60. The total dividend to be distributed by the SKRN is equal to 66.35% of the net profit recorded in 2019 (Rp 135.64 billion).
In addition to distributing cash dividends, SKRN will also keep Rp 6.78 billion of its net profit in 2029 as reserve fund, then Rp 38.86 billion will be keep as retained earnings to strengthen the company's capital structure.
According to idnfinancials.com data, SKRN's net profit in 2019 was supported by revenue performance which reached Rp 682.38 billion. All of its revenue came from its crane rental business, because there is no revenue from its construction services business line. (KR/AR)
