JAKARTA - PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) in 2019 managed to record a consolidated revenue of Rp 135.57 trillion, a positive growth of Rp 4.78 trillion (3.7%) compared to 2018.
Based on TLKM's financial statements that ended on December 31, 2019, revenues from the telephone segment was recorded at Rp 27.97 trillion, interconnection revenues of Rp 6.28 trillion, data, internet and technology services revenues of Rp 72.78 trillion, network revenue of Rp 1.84 trillion, Indihome revenue of Rp 18.32 trillion and other revenue of Rp 8.34 trillion.
Revenues from the telephone segment decreased by around 16.79%, but revenues from the data, internet and technology services segment increased by 11.03%. In addition, the contribution from Indihome also increased by 28.05% on an annual basis.
TLKM also managed to maintain expenses in 2019, so the company's operating profit was recorded at Rp 42.39 trillion, an increase compared to the previous year of Rp 38.84 trillion. In 2019, TLKM also recorded funding cost of Rp 4.24 trillion, impairment losses of investment of Rp 1.17 trillion, actuarial losses of Rp 2.10 trillion and other comprehensive losses of Rp 2.19 trillion. Therefore, TLKM's net profit was recorded at Rp 18.66 trillion or grew slightly by 3.49% compared to achievements in 2018 of Rp 18.03 trillion. (LM)
