JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a property company owned by the Indonesian government, will distribute dividends of Rp 290.32 billion (Rp 33,842 per share), equivalent to 31.21% of its total net profit in 2019.
Agus Samuel Kana, Corporate Secretary of PTPP, said the cum dividend was set on 12 June 2020 in the regular and negotiations markets, and 16 June in the cash market. While dividend payments will be made on 7 July 2020.
For information, PTPP recorded a net profit of Rp 930.32 billion in 2019, supported by its revenue which reached Rp 24.66 trillion, with a net profit margin of 3.77%.
PTPP obtained Rp 33.5 trillion worth of new contracts in 2019, lower than its record in 2018 which reached Rp 43.49 trillion. (KR/AR)
